Oregon Coast Elopement | Stephanie & Dallas

These two cuties! Once I met them I knew we’d be fast friends but they’re so adorable I had to use them for this Oregon Coast Elopement styled shoot at Cape Kiwanda. Here’s their story;

Stephanie & Dallas grew up in the same small town of Olympia, WA. They had mutual friends and Stephanie says she even saw Dallas in his band back in High School. She had sworn off musicians, not wanting to date someone who traveled and left town all the time. Yet somehow, inexplicably, when Dallas posted to Facebook asking for a ride from the airport, Stephanie was the first to respond. They didn’t even really know each other very well at the time and she can’t really explain why she did it, but it was the catalyst for what was to come. Funny how such a small action can create major changes, isn’t it? So she picked him up and they ended up just hanging out and watching movies with friends, four of them falling asleep in the same bed as Stephanie’s mom snuck in and captured a not-so flattering picture of all of them. Ever since then however, they became inseparable friends and it wasn’t until a year later that it struck Dallas, “I think I like this girl!” He excitedly called his best friend to tell him the exciting news who could only respond with, “Is this about how you like Stephanie because we’ve all been talking about this for ages.” But they’ve been together ever since.
