Their story:
It’s always an absolute treat when I get to photograph the wedding of two close friends! I’ve known Matt and Lisa since our days back at Colton High School in the Inland Empire. So naturally I was stoked as hell when they asked me to capture their big day! Matt and Lisa met through their mutual friend AJ at a party at his house (peep those thumbs up during the ceremony below!).
Their words:
First things first, Marcela is an amazing person and an amazing photographer! She is definitely the person you want behind the camera to capture all the incredible moments you will share with your significant other. We were fortunate to have Marcela take my engagement photos and shoot our wedding in April of 2018. Marcela has a great way of getting real life scenarios and poses out of you. Even though my husband and I were not use to taking professional photos, Marcela made it easy the entire time. She encouraged us and laughed with us and made us feel as if we knew what we were doing. She really got some wonderful portrait and candid shots of us! I truly am in love with the pictures she took. Both sessions she was early, organized and had a great big smile that said she was ready for business! She had her list of what needed to get done, but was also flexible with last minute ideas and was truly there for us.

Each and every couple has their own story and it’s apparent in the photos she takes. She understands people and photography and is able to make the same shot for one couple have a totally different feel for another couple. My husband and I love our photos and could literally not stop looking at them when we received them! She also through in some special cool treats in our final package that really showed that she cares and listens! You will be completely satisfied choosing Marcela as your photographer, no matter what the occasion!
